The app allows you to retrieve real time data on your current speed, heading, and location. You can also record multiple tracks which show the total distance traveled, duration, elevation profile, and speed profile.
You can even view the amount of time spent walking vs running, making it perfect for athletic training!
You can easily find geographic locations by entering GPS coordinates, or importing a .GPX file with waypoint data, perfect for Geocaching!

Important Notes:
1. This app requires a phone with a working GPS receiver (either built-in or external). Not all BlackBerry® smartphones come with GPS receivers, and some carriers restrict their use. To check if your phone has a working GPS receiver, simply open BlackBerry® Maps (or Google Maps) and try to find your phone's location. If you can pinpoint your location within a few feet/meters, you have a working GPS receiver.
2. The Curve 8520 does not have a built in GPS receiver, and is not supported.
3. This app uses BlackBerry® Maps for mapping data. Please visit http://us.blackberry.com/mapgen/ to see if your region is supported.
